Why a trademark.

As EBTA executive, we are convinced of the value of the Bobath concept, despite the stormy weather in the academic world. This "climate of thought" still produces very valuable therapists.

With the permission of all countries in the organization, we are looking for ways to give this precious way of thinking official quality labels respected by the world.

A trademark obliges all teachers and national organizations to respect their own laws and actions and also protects them against so-called fraudsters who use the concept but give it their own name.

This financially difficult assignment and, heavy workload will lead to a final result this year (2023).

All legal work has been done by NLO Shieldmark, specialised attorneys in The Netherlands.

The trademark will count for the whole of Europe, UK, Turkey and Israel.
